Key Responsibilities
As a PCA/CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our patients’ day-to-day needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities.
- Ensuring patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner.
- Communicating with medical professionals about patients’ health or any issues that arise.
- Preparing and administering meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a PCA, CNA, or in a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Relevant certifications (if applicable).
- A willingness to join our ON-CALL Team at a rate of $17/hour.
- Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
Available Positions & Schedules
We’re hiring immediately for the following roles:
Full-Time Positions:
- Norfolk: Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 8 PM.
- Virginia Beach: Monday to Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
- Chesapeake: Thursday to Sunday, 8 AM - 4 PM.
Part-Time Positions:
- Virginia Beach: 1 PM - 6 PM.
Overtime pay applies to any hours worked over 40 per week.
