Responsibilities
- Mentor new ORSC Project Manager to represent MasterControl (federal) and act as the project manager for any changes, updates, etc.
- Mentor new ORSC Project Manager to manage communications between MC developers
- Collaborate and mentor new ORSC Project Manager to provide task management (MC-side) and estimated realistic timeframes for NIH-requested modifications/updates for project teams and for the Change Control Board.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Minimum of an B.S. degree in a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with all parties.
- Computer literate.
- Possess sufficient initiative, interpersonal relationship skills and social sensitivity to enable relating constructively to a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds.
