Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Support patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting patients as needed.
- Measure, record, and report vital signs and other patient observations according to established procedures.
- Observe changes in patient condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate licensed staff.
- Maintain patient rooms and care areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized Nursing Assistant program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
