Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative – Cosmetic Ingredients. The role is based in Boonton, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing technical sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and providing technical support to meet client needs. The representative will also conduct product training and collaborate with teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Technical Sales and Sales
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to prepare client-facing materials
- Experience providing product-related Training and support
- Knowledge of the personal care or cosmetic ingredients industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science-related disciplines, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
