We are currently implementing Odoo ERP to streamline our manufacturing processes, inventory management, and shop floor operations.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility in Lake Wales, FL. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role ideal for someone with strong shop floor experience who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, taking our existing production methods and transforming them into more streamlined and efficient processes, ensuring quality standards, and supporting our transition to Odoo for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow on the shop floor

· Supervise and lead production teams to meet quality, safety, and output goals

· Analyze and improve existing production methods to make them more efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective

· Implement and optimize manufacturing processes using Odoo ERP (training provided as needed)

· Monitor inventory, production costs, and efficiency metrics

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized facility

· Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams

· Report on production performance and identify areas for growth

· Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment (preferably in equipment fabrication, assembly, or related industries)

· Hands-on shop floor ERP experience required; familiarity with Odoo Manufacturing module is a strong plus (we are actively implementing Odoo)

· Required: Hands-on ERP manufacturing experience, including working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings/operations, work centers, and production workflows; candidates must be comfortable operating within, designing and improving ERP-driven manufacturing processes.

· Demonstrated ability to evaluate and streamline existing production processes for greater efficiency

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

· Commitment to safety, quality, and team development

· Desire to grow long-term with a stable, expanding company

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
