What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Representative - NuHeat & Raychem position at Chemelex?
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Establish sales relationships with installing contractors of floor heating systems in the commercial and residential markets in the sales territory of IL, MI, OH, WI, MO
Support, bring value, and solutions to the installing contractor to build a relationship and repeat customer for our electric floor heating products
Identify potential marketplace opportunities and develop new installing contractor accounts
Establish and conduct hands-on product training programs and installation demonstrations with our customers, the installing contractors, throughout the sales territory
Develop sales plans, submit weekly and monthly sales plans, and meet sales activity based metrics, for the business
Work with and alongside our Manufactures Rep network
Work with the Marketing team to carry out promotional campaigns with our authorized distribution network throughout the sales territory
YOU HAVE:
2 years of outside sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be able to work remotely and be located in Chicago or Chicagoland geography and travel 30-40% of the time on average and possess a valid drivers license
Experience working with manufacturers or distributors and contractors in the region preferred
Understanding within the Residential and Commercial Construction market preferred
Electric Floor Heating or Electric Heat Trace experience ideal
Skills of Sales Hunter, Organization, Team Player and CRM based system proficiency preferred
