Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Web Developer with hands-on experience in Sitecore, JavaScript, and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development and a strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance web applications using Sitecore as a CMS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into responsive, interactive web applications using Sitecore, JavaScript, and React.
• Develop custom Sitecore solutions, including templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
• Build and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs into Sitecore and React applications.
• Optimize website performance and user experience using front-end best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack—from UI to backend services.
• Stay current with web development trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on Sitecore, SXA, .Net Framework, .Net Core, JavaScript, and React.
• Solid understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture, including SXA templates, layouts, renderings, Solr Search and content management.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling using AJAX/fetch.
• Familiarity with Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
