Chelsea Piers is looking for energetic, engaging, and reliable Gymnastics Class Coaches to bring the fun to our youth programs! This is the perfect opportunity for college students, athletes, or anyone who loves working with kids to spend their days making a real impact.

Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week; hours vary between weekday evenings and weekend mornings (one weekend day required); availability of daytime summer shifts.
Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

- Lead and coach gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels
- Create a fun, safe, and confidence-building environment
- Follow structured rotations while bringing your own energy and creativity
- Track attendance and support class organization

Who You Are
- Experience working with children is a must (coaching, camp, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
- Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or a related sport preferred
- Naturally energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing
- Comfortable leading groups and keeping kids engaged and motivated
- A strong communicator who brings a positive and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up with great energy every day
