We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, strengthen our people strategy, and support a high-performance culture across the organization. Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and organizational growth.
- Champion company culture through engagement initiatives and organizational development strategies.
Performance Management (Advanced Level)
- Oversee and enhance the full performance management cycle: goal setting, evaluations, coaching, corrective actions, and PIP development.
- Provide expert-level guidance to managers on improving productivity, addressing behavior issues, and documenting performance.
- Recognize trends in underperformance and implement proactive solutions to elevate team output.
Employee Relations
- Lead complex and high-risk employee relations cases with impartiality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, conduct matters, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of policies across departments and leadership levels.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR operations with strong attention to detail, including manual HR paperwork for onboarding, hiring packets, new-hire documentation, I-9 verification, and compliance filing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all physical and digital HR records.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, I-9, wage/hour regulations, etc.).
- Oversee HRIS systems, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
Recruiting & Talent Development
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and select high-performing talent.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a consistent, organized process that enhances the new hire experience.
- Support talent development, leadership coaching, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Extensive experience in:
- Performance management (expert-level)
- Employee relations & investigations
- Manual onboarding and HR paperwork processing
- HR compliance and documentation
- Coaching & leadership development
- Proven ability to lead HR with independence, initiative, and strategic insight.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and influencing abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-location environments preferred.
- HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build structure in evolving environments.
