E-Commerce Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations across major retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update product listings across various platforms (Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Home Depot, Shopify, TikTok)
- Support dropship processes and help monitor inventory levels
- Assist with pricing updates and adjustments
- Maintain and organize our product reviews database
- Respond to internal and external email inquiries related to inventory and product information
- Enter and manage inventory updates through our system
- Complete ad hoc tasks as needed to support e-commerce operations
This is a detail-oriented role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. You'll be working behind the scenes to keep product information consistent, current, and optimized across all digital channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel skills (e.g. sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- A proactive and organized mindset
- 1-3 years prior e-commerce experience
- Ability to work independently

Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$50,000 - $60,000 USD
