ChefAdvantage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef for a day school in Ruston, LA.

Job responsibilities include:
- produce high-quality meals that kids love to eat
- assist in managing and training the kitchen staff
- demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
- implement and maintain HACCP standards
- develop client and customer relationships
- deliver fabulous catering results
- communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
- create a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of professional food service experience
- Awesome team development skills
- High energy and stamina
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Community/ service minded
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
