Qualifications
- Proven skills in Catering Sales and Event Planning, including the ability to coordinate and execute successful events
- Strong ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards and practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM or catering management software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
