Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to café standards
- Greet and interact with customers warmly, taking orders and answering menu questions
- Assist in hosting duties: welcoming guests, seating as needed, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support fellow team members and contribute to smooth café operations
- Uphold the café’s high standards of service and presentation

Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, mornings, and afternoons as needed)
