Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial installations
- Execute work sold by consulting technicians
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site electrical issues
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain professional job site appearance
- Active Idaho Journeyman License
- Active Washington Electrical License (01 preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to run a crew
- Must pass a background check upon a conditional job offer (role involves working inside customers' homes)

- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Hourly Base Pay: $32 to $40 per hour (based on experience)
- Estimated Annual Base Pay: $64,000-$80,000 (base only)
- Additional Earnings: Commission is available in addition to base pay, tied to performance and profitability
