**Office & Customer Support (Primary)**
- Serve as backup for incoming phone calls and customer scheduling
- Help coordinate appointments and support smooth dispatch flow (as

- Support leadership with meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Assist with HR/admin paperwork, onboarding, and internal

**Bookkeeping Support (In-Office/Hands-On)**
- Manage and route incoming bills, invoices, and financial paperwork

- Assist with payroll prep support and time/technician hours tracking
- Support job costing data collection (gathering, organizing, and

- Ability to work full-time during our office hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00
- Must pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer
- Preferred: experience in a service business, trades, or construction
