Job Description
Business Services of Spokane LLC is looking for a Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily dada entry and reconciliations of our clients' accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks online, be able to multi-task, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll for WA and ID employees.
- Prepare quarterly payroll filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and anual sales tax filings for both WA and ID
- Assist with month-end reconciliations of the clients' bank accounts, loans and credit card account.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments.
- Cover front desk breaks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is critical for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
