Responsibilities
Retail Dispensary Operations
- Lead and supervise daily operations across the dispensary, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Manage shift activities such as cash handling, POS oversight, and accurate retail math.
- Oversee merchandising, purchasing, and product restocking to keep the sales floor running smoothly.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with OMMA and all regulations related to cannabis retail.
Processing Back-of-House Support
- Assist with processing workflows such as repackaging, labeling, and prepping product for retail.
- Create and manage METRC manifests, repackaging, transfers, and receiving procedures on the processing side.
- Support quality control tasks, including preparing samples for testing and verifying batch accuracy.
- Maintain organization across storage, processing, and inventory spaces.
Qualifications
- OMMA credential required
- 1 year in a cannabis retail position; experience with processing or METRC inventory management is required
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in cannabis
- Strong understanding of METRC (backend, repackaging, transfers, manifests, receiving, sampling)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail in inventory, scheduling, and compliance
- Familiar with POS systems, retail math, and cash-handling procedures
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members is a plus
- Ability to maintain compliance across retail and processing operations
Schedule & Compensation
This role is 35 hours per week with a monthly salary of $2,500. Weekend and evening shifts are required, and a flexible schedule is essential to support both dispensary and processing operations.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
