Resort F&B Restaurant Manager at Cheeca Lodge & Spa: Elevating the Dining Experience
Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a luxurious resort in the heart of Islamorada, invites you to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. You will oversee the restaurant operations of one of our renowned dining venues – Morada Bay Beach Cafe, Pierre's, Atlantic Edge, Mia Cucina, or Nikai. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to culinary excellence and unparalleled guest service in a luxury resort setting.
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in food and beverage, including luxury resort experience.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours a day as business needs dictate.
- Profound knowledge of food and beverage, and a thorough understanding of hotel services and facilities.
- Computer literate, with preferred skills in Excel and Spanish fluency.
- Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
- No hand/neck/face tattoos
- No facial piercings
