What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support SQL Server database environments across on-premises and cloud deployments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database and system performance in collaboration with Development and IT teams.
- Collaborate on database schema design, infrastructure improvements, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Implement and maintain database backup, high availability, disaster recovery, and security practices.
- Utilize and improve database deployment, source control, and infrastructure-as-code processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, performance, and reliability.
- Experience managing and supporting SQL Server database environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with modern development and infrastructure tools such as Git and Terraform.
- Understanding of database performance optimization, backup strategies, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, preferred
