What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and professional service
- Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
- Match customers with services that best fit their needs
- Balance your cash drawer accurately
- Complete simple clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Help maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing 25 WPM or more)
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous customer service, sales, or cash handling experience (a plus but not required)
Schedule & Requirements
- Flexible shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- Able to stand for 2–3 hours between breaks and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable performing light cleaning duties
