What You’ll Do Each Day
As a Customer Service Teller, you’ll be the heartbeat of our branch. Every day you’ll:
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and professional service
- Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
- Match customers with services that best fit their needs
- Keep things running smoothly by balancing your cash drawer accurately
- Stay organized with simple clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Help maintain a clean, safe workspace for both customers and coworkers
- Resolve concerns positively and leave customers feeling valued
What We’re Looking For

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong communicators and good listeners
- Comfortable using computers (typing 25 WPM or more)

Schedule & Requirements
- Must be available between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Able to stand for 2–3 hours between breaks and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable performing light cleaning duties
