Duties
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive environment for students and staff
- Coordinate schedules for teachers, tutors, and support staff to optimize learning sessions and activities
- Manage student attendance records, enrollment processes, and classroom logistics with precision and care
- Facilitate communication between parents, educators, and administrative teams to address needs promptly and effectively
- Support curriculum implementation by assisting teachers with resource allocation and activity planning
- Monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices
- Lead daily opening and closing procedures, including facility checks and equipment setup or shutdown
Requirements
- Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable
- Proven experience working with students in educational settings, preferably within homeschooling or university environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among staff, students, and parents
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
