Homeschool Nanny / Family Assistant Needed – Boca Raton, FL

We are a warm, health-conscious family in Boca Raton seeking a trustworthy, nurturing, and engaging nanny to care for our 2-year-old child in a homeschool-style environment. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, enjoys interactive learning and play, and is excited to become a long-term part of our growing family.
This role is ideal for someone who values a low-screen, hands-on approach to childcare and enjoys creating a calm, enriching environment for toddlers.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for our 2-year-old
- Create engaging age-appropriate learning activities and structured play
- Support a homeschool-style environment focused on creativity, exploration, and development
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our child
- Encourage outdoor play, reading, sensory activities, and learning through interaction
- Maintain a no-TV/screen-free environment during childcare hours
- Assist with light child-related tidying and organization
- Be flexible with scheduling as needed
- Support children’s daily routines including meal times, naps, hygiene, and play activities
Qualifications
- Previous nanny, childcare, preschool, or homeschooling experience preferred
- Experience caring for toddlers and young children required
- Clean background check required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred
- Warm, patient, trustworthy, and proactive personality
- Comfortable supporting healthy eating habits and preparing nutritious meals
- Must value limited/no screen time and interactive child engagement
- Flexible schedule and availability appreciated
