We are looking for a PART-TIME of FULL-TIME sports/orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our amazing team at our growing physical therapy practice in Grayslake!

We have recently moved into a truly state-of-the-art 5500 square foot facility with a large functional turf area and golf simulator! Incredible patient population with very heavy sports medicine percentage with increased focus on return to sport rehab. We are looking for a positive, passionate physical therapist who strives for excellence with patient care. Excellent orthopedic and sports medicine treatment skills are preferred. We will provide 1-on-1 mentoring for newer graduates wanting to develop all aspects of treatment to better outcomes, improve decision-making skills, and expand their treatment techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively evaluate, treat, and discharge patients
- Write timely and accurate documentation, including appropriate functional goals
- Provide high-quality care and concern for patient's well-being and recovery
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and genuine interest in your patient’s health and well-being
Qualifications and Skills
- Obtained Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Holds active physical therapy licensure in Illinois
- Holds current CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred, but not required
