We’re Hiring: Customer Support REP
Location: Cheap Carl’s LLC - 334 Washington Street North, Hammonton, NJ 08037
Schedule: Full Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexible hours extra hour opportunities)
Starting Pay: $20-$22 per hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Field incoming calls and communicate effectively and professionally with our customers. Monitor our customer support email and communicate effectively with our customers.
- Assist customers during scheduled showroom appointments, helping them write and finalize their orders in a relaxed low-pressure sales environment.
- Lead and proactively communicate with our customers on our Accounts Receivable.
Office
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Help to maintain our showroom.
- Assist with creating new items and UPCs, updating product images, and ensuring all new products are accurately set up and available for sale on our website.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
