Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep responsibilities include assisting consumers by phone, email, and in person with product information, purchase locations, repairs, warranties, returns, and product or parts orders. The role also involves accurately documenting interactions in the ASI system while providing clear communication and professional support to customers.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to consumer inquiries by phone, email, in person, and in writing regarding product information, purchasing locations, repairs, warranties, and returns.
  • Process product and parts orders and provide operational guidance to customers.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and case details in the ASI system.
  • Calculate costs, discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges when processing orders or requests.
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette and effectively assist customers in stressful situations.
  • Interpret company policies and procedures to provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Prepare clear written responses and correspondence to consumer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers, and trainees to resolve issues and provide updates.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service or consumer relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel or related software systems.
  • Strong keyboarding skills (40–45 WPM).
  • Ability to perform basic math and accounting calculations, including costs, discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish or French) are a plus.

Bonus Eligibility:
Referral Bonus: Earn $50 for every successful referral after they complete 80 hours of work.
  • No limit on the number of referrals.
  • Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
