For nearly 30 years, we’ve supported adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings through a high-quality, programmatic approach to behavioral health.Position OverviewThe Regional Operations Manager oversees operational performance across a multi-site territory, supporting provider productivity, facility relationships, staffing, and service quality. This role works closely with clinical teams and senior leadership to ensure efficient delivery of behavioral health services and overall territory growth.Key Responsibilities• Drive regional operational performance using KPIs (visit volume, productivity, penetration, turnover)• Serve as liaison between CHE leadership, providers, and facility partners• Manage multidisciplinary clinical teams (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, LCSWs, NPs)• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and territory coverage• Conduct regular provider check-ins and facility visits• Support hiring and onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition• Lead new facility start-ups and ensure service readiness• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards• Travel up to 75%, including occasional overnight travelQualifications• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred• 3 years of healthcare operations or management experience• Behavioral health and long-term care experience preferred• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to manage teams, build relationships, and work independently• Experience with process improvement and KPI-driven performance managementWhat CHE Offers• Competitive W-2 compensation• Medical, dental, and vision benefits (full-time)• 401(k) with company match• Paid time off and holidays (full-time)• Ongoing training and professional development• Collaborative, clinician-centered culture• Opportunities for advancement
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
