CHE Behavioral Health is seeking a Human Resources Generalist – Benefits to join our growing, clinician-led healthcare organization. CHE has delivered high-quality behavioral health services since 1995 and currently operates in 11 states, supporting psychology and psychiatry providers in both virtual and in-person care settings.What You’ll DoAdminister employee benefits programs, including health plans, retirement, and state-mandated leavesManage benefit eligibility, enrollments, life events, and terminationsCoordinate annual open enrollment and ensure accurate employee communicationsTrack and administer paid and unpaid leaves of absence (PTO, FMLA, disability, paid family leave, military leave)Partner with payroll on 401(k) updates and benefit deductionsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulationsSupport onboarding and respond to employee and applicant benefits inquiriesMaintain accurate HRIS records and contribute to HR process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For3 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong benefits administration exposureExperience using HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)Knowledge of wage and hour laws and benefits complianceStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentWhy CHEFully remote roleStable, growing healthcare organizationMission-driven work supporting clinicians and patient careCollaborative and supportive HR teamCHE Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
