Job Summary:

CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services, seeks a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hoosick Falls, New York. As a respected and compassionate mental health provider, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for older adult patients by delivering high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents with various mental health diagnoses

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify mental health needs and develop interventions

• Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement resident-centered care plans

• Participate in staff education and training programs to ensure continuous quality improvement

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

• Current licensure as a Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
