As a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), you will join our team of over 600 licensed professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults and their families.
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) to provide behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Providing evidence-based therapies, including individual, group, and family therapy
Facilitating therapy sessions, both in-person and remotely, as needed
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care
Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
