Position Summary
CHD Vertical is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily field operations for active parking garage restoration and concrete repair projects.
This position is responsible for overseeing a specific crew and managing day-to-day jobsite activities. The Foreman works directly under the Superintendent and Project Management team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules and specifications.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of leading crews in active commercial construction environments.
Experience with parking structures, concrete restoration, waterproofing systems, coatings, or structural repair is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field activities for assigned projects
- Supervise and coordinate field crews on site
- Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Managers to maintain schedules and production goals
- Ensure work is performed safely and according to project specifications
- Coordinate daily labor, materials, tools, and equipment needs
- Track project progress and communicate field updates
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and maintaining jobsite organization
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work
- Conduct daily safety discussions and enforce company safety standards
- Train and mentor field personnel as needed
- Assist with problem solving and coordination in the field
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial construction field leadership experience preferred
- Experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, coatings, or structural repair preferred
- Ability to lead crews and manage daily production activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA training is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel regionally as required

Location
