What are the responsibilities and job description for the Masters Level Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians position at CHD Brand?
Center for Human Development (CHD), is currently seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians, for our Outpatient Clinic located in Holyoke, MA. With nearly 50 years of experience in serving people in the community, CHD prioritizes our emphasis on a continuum of care with a holistic, whole person view of staff and clients alike. This location is sensitive to the unique and diverse needs of individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement and/or substance use.
Your role as a Clinician you will:
Clinicians will lead person - centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support persons in a community based mental health program. Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer / family specialists and direct care and residential staff. The integrated team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in supporting treatment goals.
Required:
- Ease of use with electronic health record.
- Ability to drive/reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on site.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy. Preferred CANS current certification.
- Candidates must be licensed or license eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph. D/Psy, D), LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged to apply. Pay differential provided for bilingual skill.
