strong clinical professionals for the new ACCS program. Clinicians will
lead person-centered treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams
supporting Persons (age 18 ) in a community based behavioral health
program. Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, RNs, housing
specialists, direct care staff, and peer/family specialists as well as
those working in group living environments. The Team works
collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in
support of Persons? treatment goals. The ACCS Clinician provides direct
clinical interventions with Persons served, facilitates the planning and
documentation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and
clinical services and is responsible for modeling best practices as well
as training for the Team in recovery principles, administrative

Qualifications include a Master?s Degree in a related field and a
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC,
Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or
Psychologist, three to five years of experience in a mental health
treatment program and demonstrated experience working with Persons with
psychiatric and/or substance use histories is preferred. Salary is
