What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians position at CHD Brand?
Center for Human Development (CHD), is growing! We are currently seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians to bring their clinical and administrative experience to our newest outpatient clinical site, the CHD Griswold Center. The Griswold Center will work closely with our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) serving the Palmer, MA area and through the Quaboag Hills region of Hampshire, Hampden, and Worcester counties.
Your role as a Clinician you will:
Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support persons in a community based mental health program. Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer / family specialists and direct care and residential staff. The integrated team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in supporting treatment goals.
Required:
- Ease of use with electronic health record
- All candidates must pass driving record and background check
- Willingness to work on site
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy. Preferred CANS current certification
- Candidates must be licensed or license eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph. D/Psy, D), LCSW, LMHC or LMFT

Pay range is: $60,000-$74,000. based on experience and licensure.
