Our Congregate Care Network (CCN) program provides 24/7 structured, therapeutic residential support for youth with complex behavioral health profiles. As a Direct Care staff member, you aren't just filling a shift—you are a mentor, a stabilizer, and an instrumental part of a child’s journey toward building self-regulation skills and recognizing their own strengths.
What We Offer (Pay Rates):
- Full-Time & Part-Time: $20.00 / hour
- Relief / Per Diem: $18.00 / hour

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
- Deliver behavioral health treatment aligned with each youth's individualized treatment plan.
- Guide youth using a strength-based approach to help them navigate daily challenges.
- Receive consistent, supportive supervision from your Program Manager to help you excel in your role.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation for work purposes.
- Ability to pass driving and background check.
