Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Journeyman-level Auto Body and Frame Technicians to safely and efficiently return vehicles to pre-accident condition. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, DRP-driven environment while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Apply I-CAR–certified repair techniques to meet or exceed industry standards
- Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Utilize MIG welding and fabrication skills for specialized repairs
- Conduct restoration and detailing to ensure high-quality finishes
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain strong customer service standards and professional communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, DRP collision repair shop
- Proven skills with all metal types, frame repair, plastic repair, PDR, and welding
- Proven ability to complete light to heavy repairs, including structural components
- Strong knowledge of frame repair and measuring systems
- Aluminum repair experience required
- I-CAR, ASE, and/or manufacturer certifications highly preferred
- Car-O-Liner training and certifications highly preferred
