Server – Chayo Mexican Kitchen Tequila Bar (Las Vegas)
Location: The LINQ Promenade, Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour gratuity

Chayo Mexican Kitchen Tequila Bar is one of the busiest spots on the Las Vegas Strip, known for bold Mexican flavors, a large tequila selection, live entertainment, and a party-ready atmosphere. We want experienced servers who do well in a fast, high-energy room and give every guest a memorable Vegas experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome at your tables
- Know the food, cocktail, and tequila menus well and make confident recommendations
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system correctly
- Manage a large section efficiently during peak rushes
- Check on guests often and fix any issues quickly and professionally
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all health and safety standards
- Work as a team with hosts, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and management
- Do opening, closing, and side work duties
Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A strong understanding of hospitality: you anticipate what guests need, handle problems calmly, and make every guest feel valued
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and Mexican cuisine is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card and SNHD Food Handler Card, or the ability to get them before your start date
- Must be 21 or older
- Able to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
