Position Overview : This role is responsible for accurate data entry and basic accounts receivable tasks, with primary work performed in QuickBooks. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch climb or balance. The employee may be required to lift and move up to fifty pounds unassisted and seventy-five pounds assisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from products being assembled and tested, printers and other peripherals, as well as bright light levels from lighting fixtures being operated for purposes of product development and testing.

- Accurately enter financial data into QuickBooks
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and customer accounts
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Reconcile data and ensure the integrity of records
- Follow internal procedures and maintain confidentiality
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Ability to work independently in an office setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
