Insurance Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and contribute to the overall growth of our agency. This role blends customer service, relationship building, and administrative support in a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Base Salary: $35,000 to $45,000 annually, based on experience
• 401(k)
• Profit Sharing Plan
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends off

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

• Property & Casualty license required
• Prior experience in insurance or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
• Friendly, coachable, and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems

• Provide top-tier customer service and support by phone, email, and in person
• Develop insurance quotes, present policies, and close sales when applicable
• Handle incoming claim inquiries and guide clients through the process
• Build and maintain referral relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and other partners
• Respond to Evidence of Insurance requests promptly and professionally
