What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Services Manager position at Chattanooga Lookouts?
The Chattanooga Lookouts are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our front office staff as we play our inaugural season at Erlanger Park. The Premium Services Manager is a full-time position with benefits and will be a part of the Chattanooga Lookouts team. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in all aspects of Food and Beverage operations for all baseball games and special events (non-baseball games) at Erlanger Park.
- Contribute to the team’s bar program development and execution.
- Manage premium hospitality areas for all Lookouts home games.
- Manage and hire a staff of approximately 75 seasonal staff members.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that event specifications are communicated and executed for a successful experience for all the guests.
- Take and maintain inventory and ensure everything is restocked daily.
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage Department in hiring, directing, training, and supervising all direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
- Communicate effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers.
- Ensure all workstations, storerooms, bar, host stand, decks and dining areas remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked.
- Organize and schedule internal staffing for set-up, tear down and execution of events.
- Properly compile and distribute all pertinent event information in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide superior customer service to clients before, during and after event.
- Perform other duties as assigned including pulling tarp.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required in the sport industry. Strong interpersonal skills are mandatory to interact and solve problems with customers, co-workers, employees and vendors.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary and benefits including employer sponsored health benefits and company 401K retirement plan.
The applicant should be a self-motivator who thrives in a team environment; possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively with attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment; ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts; goal oriented; quick learner; proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
