About the Role:
Chattanooga Concessions LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Concessions Operations team member to join our crew in Collegedale, TN! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up great food and experiences to guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items quickly and accurately at concession stands
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the concession stand and surrounding areas
- Restock supplies, condiments, and inventory throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to guests in a high-volume environment
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of concession areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concessions, food service, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
