You combine content discipline with an analytical mindset to manage our global website in WordPress, drive organic traffic, and convert more visitors into pipeline. You report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with web developers and international Marketing Managers.

You report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with web developers and international Marketing Managers.
What You'll Do
Website Management
- Manage and publish content across our global WordPress website
- Maintain a large digital product catalog, ensuring pages are accurate, complete, and optimized
- Enforce content governance: brand guidelines, taxonomy, and metadata standards
- Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies (keyword research, metadata, internal linking, structured data)
- Lead AI Optimization (AIO) for AI-generated search results, featured snippets, and LLMs
- Monitor organic search performance using Google Search Console, UberSuggest, Semrush, or Ahrefs
- Conduct content audits and build remediation plans
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms, and CTAs
- Identify and test UX improvements to reduce buyer friction
- Analyze site behavior data (GA4, Hotjar) to inform page structure and navigation
- Track and report on key web KPIs: organic traffic, engagement, form conversions
- Coordinate with regional teams for content localization
- Stay current on SEO, AIO, WordPress, and B2B web trends
Required
- 2-5 years in web content management, digital marketing, or related role (B2B preferred)
- Hands-on WordPress experience
- Solid knowledge of on-page and technical SEO
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, landing page optimization)
- Familiarity with AI Optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
- Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commitment to staying current on digital trends (SEO, AIO, CMS, UX)
- High attention to detail, content quality, and brand consistency
- Copywriting skills for web copy
- Experience with B2B manufacturing/fabrication or complex product environments
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience connecting web forms to marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
