Location: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in Lake Buena Vista, FL (Orlando, FL area)
Employment Type: W2 only, 18-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

This platform enables teams across the organization to build and scale AI-powered products through model endpoints, agent frameworks, SDKs, integrations, observability, and governance capabilities. Product-first role owning full lifecycle from initial stakeholder engagement through delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Product Lifecycle: Lead initiatives end-to-end from concept through delivery and adoption
- Product Discovery: Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and research to identify opportunities and define solutions
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product impact
- Roadmap Development: Translate stakeholder needs and usage insights into actionable priorities
- Prototype & Build: Develop demos and working solutions using AI tools (prompts, agents, workflows, integrations) to validate concepts
- Iterate Quickly: Share work early (~70% complete) to gather feedback and refine direction
- AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI tools, models, and technologies to guide investment decisions
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with technical and business teams across the organization
- Executive Communication: Clearly communicate tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes
- Operate Independently: Thrive in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
- Strong experience leading product discovery and defining user-centric solutions
- Proven ability to define and execute against KPIs and OKRs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on ability to prototype solutions using AI tools
- Familiarity with: LLM applications, prompt engineering, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Strong judgment around scope, speed, and quality tradeoffs
- Passion for working at the cutting edge of AI technology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as: LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs, LiteLLM, Open WebUI, n8n
- Familiarity with AI evaluation and observability tools (Arize, Phoenix, Langfuse)
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
- Experience running pilot programs or early-adopter initiatives
- Background working with senior leadership on AI initiatives
- Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance
Salary : $80 - $85
