HB Wealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, to generate and convert qualified inbound leads through organic and paid digital strategies, optimize digital channels for conversion, and execute our generative engine optimization strategy. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling content and campaigns that drive organic growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies to attract qualified leads via SEO, SEM, paid social, display and other digital channels.
- Manage relationships with paid media and search agencies to ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Drive growth in sales qualified leads (SQLs) and marketing qualified leads (MQLs), with a focus on those attributable to generative AI initiatives.
- Own and optimize the lead nurturing program using marketing automation tools.
- Design and implement workflows that convert cold leads to engaged prospects.
- Lead website optimization efforts to improve conversion rates (meeting requests, gated content downloads).
- Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives to enhance user experience and funnel performance.
- Partner with content creators and internal teams to develop assets that attract and convert high-value prospects.
- Ensure messaging and campaigns are tailored to the needs and behaviors of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth audiences.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign), SEO tools (SEMRush, Conductor), and Google Analytics.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
