• Pay: $21 to $22 Hourly Commission (Bi-lingual Spanish/English Candidates earn an extra $1 per hour)

What Will You Do?

Handle incoming calls from customers interested in our identity and security products and services. Ensure a 25% or greater conversion rate. Consult with prospective and existing customers, assess their needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Explain features and benefits clearly.
• Overcome objections and close sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Process sales orders and service requests accurately.
• Stay current on product specifications and industry trends.
• Collaborate with support teams for customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and call quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  
  

Note: Work From Home Opportunity for candidates based in San Antonio, TX. Some travel to the office may be required for training and company meetings.

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in inbound/outbound sales or technical sales within a call center preferred.
• Ability to explain and sell identity protection or related products/services.
• Strong communication, active listening, and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-screen navigation.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus.
