Job Description

Company Overview: Dozee Health AI is the pioneer in Contactless Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). Seeking individuals to collaborate with healthcare providers, applying AI-powered RPM solutions.

Role

Account Management

  • Facilitate product installation and replacement.
  • Manage account handover, drive project implementation.
  • Conduct daily checks for device health and resolve issues.
  • Create and implement clinical protocol.

Training and Education

  • Provide on-job training for nursing staff, housekeeping, and administrative teams.
  • Train staff on new product features and drive adoption.

Patient Care and Monitoring

  • Ensure new patients are onboarded through tele-calling with physicians.
  • Implement alert management protocols.
  • Conduct monthly patient data reviews with the nursing director.
  • Visit each monitored patient bi-weekly, updating notes on the RCM platform.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Implement and present monthly Clinical Governance Reports.
  • Attend weekly reviews with the Zonal Account Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with required processes.
  • Collect and report information on competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required.
  • Strong clinical background in skilled nursing or long-term care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare technology and electronic health records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with remote patient monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data protection standards.
  • Project management skills.
