About The Role
The Technical Delivery Partner role is responsible for driving the hands-on technical success of our global enterprise and government clients. This role involves partnering with our Machine Learning team training and refining high-performance models, leading software implementation, and acting as a critical liaison between clients, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
This is a hybrid role based in Park City, Utah, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, this role will also have the unique opportunity to work alongside C-suite team members.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Model Implementation & Client Success: Lead the end-to-end configuration, training, and deployment of customer-specific AI models utilizing Hyperscience’s native tooling, ensuring implementation plans meet client goals and performance expectations.
- Data Quality & Process Ownership: Independently execute complex data annotation and Quality Assurance (QA) projects, while defining and championing best practices and operational guidelines for the team.
- Technical Expertise & Mentorship: Serve as the primary technical expert, handling complex escalations and troubleshooting, while mentoring junior engineers on technical execution and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Act as a critical liaison, translating client needs to technical solutions and providing actionable product feedback and performance insights to internal Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Core Professional Skills: Strong demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with excellent verbal and written communication suitable for both technical teams, client audiences and C-suite.
- Technical Acumen: Proven ability to rapidly learn and master new software platforms and interfaces, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel/G-Sheets).
- Experience & Scope: 2 years of experience working in a technical environment with direct client liaison or customer-facing responsibilities. This experience can be derived from professional roles and/or relevant academic/school projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or extended education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology (IT), or a closely related technical discipline that demonstrates strong technical expertise (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computational Mathematics).
- ML Model Experience: Direct experience with training and iterating Machine Learning models is highly beneficial.
