This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and marketing with a focus on turning strategy & manual work into scalable, automated systems.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is a systems-focused role dedicated to building the infrastructure, workflows, and intelligence layers that power a modern, product-informed revenue and efficiency engine across marketing.
Success is measured in three ways: agents live, hours saved, and revenue driven.

Job Description
The Marketing Engineer, AI Deployment will design and build programmatic go-to-market systems and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, impact, and execution across Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and marketing with a focus on turning strategy & manual work into scalable, automated systems.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is a systems-focused role dedicated to building the infrastructure, workflows, and intelligence layers that power a modern, product-informed revenue and efficiency engine across marketing.

Responsibilities
- Identify and define high-impact AI use cases across marketing, from prototype to full deployment
- Coach and partner with marketers to achieve workflow transformation and self-sufficiency
- Build custom tools, agents, automations, and integrations (APIs, MCP Servers) for campaign ops, lifecycle, content production, intelligence reporting, etc.
- Own and evolve a GitHub-managed marketing AI cortex of prompts, skills, context files, and agents, treated like a product
- Recognize patterns and productize what works for reuse across the org
- Measure what works, define evaluation criteria, instrument AI workflows, and track adoption
- Document every workflow, tool, playbook, and transformation pattern
- Stay ahead of AI trends and share wins visibly
- Demonstrated track record as an AI builder with shipped agents, LLM workflows, automations, or prompt systems in production
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Gumloop (preferred) or equivalent agent orchestration platforms (n8n, Workato, Zapier)
- Experience building and maintaining shared prompt libraries, skill catalogs, or AI-readable knowledge bases in version control (GitHub, etc.)
- Bias toward measurement and data-driven iteration
- 5 years of experience building systems for go-to-market teams (Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, AI Transformation, Technology Transformation) — open to less time-in-seat if AI builder portfolio is strong
- Experience with marketing automation and composable CDP tools (Customer.io, Hightouch, Census) with reverse ETL workflows
- Query data using SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery) and light scripting in Python/TypeScript
- Cross-functional enablement and training programs
- Product-led growth principles
- Engagement with Figma's product ecosystem and design/developer tooling
