Key Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Management (collection, labeling, annotation, preparation)
- Labeling & Annotation Oversight (quality standards, guidelines, benchmarks)
- Data Integrity & Reporting (tracking progress against targets)
- Vendor & Workforce Management (SLAs, quality reviews, budget)
- Workflow Optimization (automation, tooling, process redesign)
- Data Documentation (schemas, taxonomies, architecture)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (with AI scientists, Insights Team, Product Managers)
- Compliance & Responsible AI (privacy regulations, data governance, ethical standards)
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent career experience.
- Experience: 4 years in data operations, program management, or AI/ML product roles, with experience in data annotation, labeling, or data pipeline management.
- Skills: Hands-on annotation platforms/pipeline tools, excellent project management, strong understanding of AI/ML data requirements, strong analytical and communication skills, experience managing remote annotator teams, familiarity with SQL and ML tooling preferred.
