About The Role

JLL is seeking a Lead Trainer to join the Enterprise AI team. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling training programs to drive AI adoption across the organization. The Lead Trainer will own the enterprise AI training portfolio, manage a network of Citizen Trainers, and build scalable training infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end enterprise AI training portfolio, including onboarding, persona-based enablement, and agent platform training.
• Design and deliver domain-specific curricula aligned with business outcomes.
• Develop multi-format training content (workshops, e-learning, videos, guides).
• Deliver high-impact training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Build, enable, and manage a community of Citizen Trainers.
• Develop train-the-trainer frameworks and support systems.
• Monitor Citizen Trainer output and effectiveness.
• Create a self-service learning ecosystem with a substantial number of assets.
• Implement learning effectiveness measurements and analyze training data for optimization.
• Partner with the L&D team to integrate AI training into existing learning pathways.
• Align training roadmap with product releases and support agent platform rollouts.
• Surface training insights to inform product development and UX improvements.
• Coordinate with GTM and communications teams for training promotion.
  
  

What You Bring

Experience

• 7 years in training design/delivery for enterprise technology or digital transformation.
• 3 years building and managing train-the-trainer or distributed enablement programs at scale.
• Demonstrated success building scalable training models for 1,000 employees.
• Proven track record of measuring and reporting training ROI.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., JLL GPT, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, Camtasia), and learning analytics.
• Strong data literacy for analyzing training metrics and demonstrating business impact.

• Leadership skills to influence non-reporting staff and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or change management.
• Professional services or management consulting experience.
• Real estate industry knowledge.
  
  

Compensation

Estimated Range: $165,000 - $187,000 USD per year

Note: Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, and other factors.
